  • 1/4cup cilantrofresh and chopped
  • saltPreferred amount just for seasoning
  • pepperPreferred amount just for seasoning
Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan, brown the onion and pepper in the cannabutter.
  2. Add the meat and brown thoroughly.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Add the garlic and spices and cook for 2 minutes while stirring.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the cilantro, and bring to a boil.
  5. Simmer half-covered for 45 minutes or until the chili thickens. Add the cilantro. Add the preferred amount of seasoning.
