- Montreal Steak Spice
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp paprika Not Smoked
- 2 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp garlic granulated
- 1 tbsp onion granulated
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper use lees or omit if preferred
- 1 tbsp coriander
- 1 tbsp dill seeds
- Ribs Rub
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup paprika
- 3 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 4 tbsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsp onion powder
- 4 tbsp montreal steak spice
- 4 tbsp Cannabutter
- 2 racks ribs 1 rack is roughly 4 lbs, recipe is for 6 servings so each person has roughly 1.5 lbs ribs per person

Instructions
- Pull the ribs out of the refrigerator, and let come to room temperature.
- Rub the ribs generously with the rub, get as much on as possible.
- Place ribs in oven for 2 hours at 225 degree Fahrenheit. You don't need to flip the ribs during cooking time since temperature in general is low enough to not warrant flipping
- Take ribs out of the oven and place on a bed of aluminum foil. Rub the Cannabutter on the ribs evenly. THC content is entirely based on individual preference. For beginners new to edibles, it is recommended not to go over 10 to 15 mg per serving. For me, I like to use Cannabutter that is roughly 15 mg/tsp and I use 10 tsp in this recipe (approximately 3 to 4 tbsp). Since this is a 6 person serving recipe, this brings me to roughly 24 mg per serving. This is my personal preference, you are free to play around with the dosage however you like.
- Seal the tin foil and place it back in the oven for 1 hour at 250 degree Fahrenheit
- Unwrap the tin foil, place ribs back in the oven for 10 minutes broil at 450 degree Fahrenheit to make the top (meaty side) crispy
